Last week it was a privilege to showcase the innovative and sustainable solutions we’re delivering in Cornwall to representatives from Cormac and Cornwall Council at our RIG Scorrier facility.
The visit followed an exciting approach from the Cormac team, who recognised the potential of our operation and extended the invitation for colleagues to explore our cutting-edge Wash Plant at the former T.H. Douce site in Scorrier.
Our facility processes waste from the Construction, Demolition, and Mining sectors, producing high-quality crushed and washed aggregates that are 100% recycled through advanced on-site technology and processes.
We were especially encouraged by the positive feedback from the Cormac team—and we’re now thrilled to be progressing conversations with both Cormac and Cornwall Council around the acceptance and future use of our materials.
Our aim? To support local infrastructure projects with sustainable, circular products—diverting valuable resources from landfill and driving down environmental impact across the region.
Thank you to everyone who attended and to our local suppliers, Cornish Marquee hire, South-West Loo’s, and Espresso Cornwall for supporting us with your services on the day.
